No more New Year’s resolution failures! *Please bring a journal or something to write on.
For a truly meaningful change in the new year, start setting your intention (sankalpa) now. As the end of the year approaches, my regularly scheduled Yoga Nidra classes will be laying the groundwork toward this special class.
