Gary Kraftsow on the Deepest Yoga

Rod Stryker in the very deep Maha Mudra pose, combining asana, pranayama, mudra, bandha, and visualization

I’ve had feedback, intended as both pro and con, that my yoga classes are “deep.

Those who are pro keep coming, and smiling.

Those who are con, well, they don’t come to my classes often, but I do see them going to the “other” types of yoga classes that Gary describes.

Thanks, Yoga Modern, for submitting this brief, but…deep…inteview.
